薄壁零件粘性介质外压缩径成形及数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了粘性介质外压缩径成形原理,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对成形过程进行了数值模拟,并对缩径过程中粘性介质压力场变化及对筒坯变形过程的影响进行了分析,得到了粘性介质非均匀压力梯度与筒坯褶皱形貌的变化规律。研究结果表明:失稳起皱是影响外压缩径成形的主要因素,缩径过程粘性介质产生的非均匀压力场可以延缓失稳的产生,抑制褶皱的长大,并在一定压力条件下消除了褶皱,从而有助于缩径成形极限的提高。 The principle of the viscous medium outer pressure necking forming is introduced.The forming process is simulated numerically by FEA software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The pressure field variation in the viscous medium during necking as well as its influence on the deformation of the tube blank is analyzed,and the rules of the change of the non-uniform pressure gradient in the viscous medium and that of the appearance of the wrinkles in the tube blank are obtained.Research results show that buckling and wrinkling are main influence elements on outer pressure necking forming.The non-uniform pressure field caused by the viscous medium in the process of necking can delay the occurrence of buckling,prevent the growth of wrinkles and remove wrinkles under certain pressure conditions,which is helpful to increase the necking forming limit.
