摘要
通过生产实践,在锻造工艺开发过程中,选用不同的锻造加热温度、冷却速度控制参数等,对采用进口原材料和国产原材料的胀断工艺生产的锻钢连杆进行了批量生产对比,经过内在质量检验、胀断加工验证、疲劳试验、台架试验和道路试验,对每个环节出现的问题进行了研究和整改。经过一系列的工艺设计改进和过程控制方法的改进,制定出胀断连杆的技术标准和锻造工艺参数,满足了连杆强度、韧性综合性能指标,同时具有良好的断裂性能和切削性能,使胀锻连杆实现了大批量生产。
Through production practice,during the processing design of splitting con-rod,the forging con-rod quantity produced by splitting of local and imported raw materials were contrasted with different forging heating temperatures and control parameters of cooling rate.The questions found in each link including inside quality inspection,slitting machining test,fatigue test,table and road test were researched and improved.After a series improving of techniques design and process control means,the forging technological parameters and technology standard of splitting con-rod were established to meet the performance index of strength and toughness.The mass production of splitting con-rod with good mechanical properties,brittle fracture feature of fractures and machining ability etc.were realized.
