摘要
研究了不同锻造加热温度对TC11合金组织性能的影响。试验表明,在转变点以下10℃加热锻造,可以获得等轴和网蓝条状的混合组织;这种组织不仅有较好强度,而且塑性和热稳定性能高于锻造。
Influence of heat-temprature of forging on the microstructure property of TC11 alloy has been studied.The result shows ,heat-forging at the temprature below the turn point about 10 ,a mixed microstructure of e-quiaxed a and striature a can be obtained. The microstructure has not only good strength ,but also higher plasticity andheat-stability compared to forging.
