MicroRNA-205,495在子宫内膜癌中的表达量及意义 被引量:1

Expressions and significances of MicroRNA-205 and-495 in endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的:观察微小RNA(MicroRNA)-205,495在子宫内膜癌及子宫正常内膜组织中的表达量,分析其表达量和子宫内膜癌相关的临床病理特征及其对子宫内膜癌发生发展的意义。方法:采用基因芯片平台,筛选与子宫内膜癌相关的Mi-croRNA,并应用实时定量PCR方法检测47例子宫内膜癌及11例子宫内膜正常组织的MicroRNA-205,495的相对表达量。结果:子宫内膜癌中MicroRNA-205的表达量明显高于正常内膜组织(P<0.01),MicroRNA-495的表达量明显低于正常内膜组织(P<0.01);基因芯片结果和荧光定量PCR的结果基本一致。结论:MicroRNA-205,495表达状况参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展过程,能作为早期筛查的分子标记物。 Objective:To observe the expressions of MicroRNA-205 and-495 in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium tissues,analyze the significance of their expressions and related clinicopathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:Gene chip platform was used in the study to screen related MicroRNA of endometrial carcinoma,real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to detect the relative expression levels of MicroRNA-205 and-495 in 47 cases with endometrial carcinoma and 11 cases with normal endometrium tissues.Results:The expression level of MicroRNA-205 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium tissues(P〈0.01),the expression level of MicroRNA-495 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium tissues(P〈0.01);the result of gene chip and the result of quantitative RT-PCR were coincident.Conclusion:The expressions of MicroRNA-205 and-495 may participate in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,which can be used as an molecular marker of early screening.
