摘要
目的马齿苋具有清热、凉血、解毒的功效。并含有大量的维生素C、A、E及胡萝卜素等有效成分,并含有丰富的营养成分。现代研究表明马齿苋有抗菌消炎、抗病毒、降血脂、抗衰老、抗血小板聚集及血栓形成等作用。
Objective Ma has the effects of heat-clearing,blood-cooling and detoxicating. It also contains many effective components such as vitamins C. A. E and carotene and rich nutrition. Modern research shows that M has the functions of resisting bacteria and eliminating inflammation,being antivirus,falling hematic fat,anti-aging,anti-platelet aggregation and resisting the formation of thrombosis.
