摘要
目的:用HPLC测定益母草药材、益母草颗粒及复方益母草膏中的益母草碱的含量.方法:C_(18)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-缓冲液(85:15),缓冲液为醋酸/醋酸钠的pH=1.7的缓冲溶液.流速0.6mL·min^(-1),检测波长277nm,灵敏度0.1AUFS,柱温25℃.结果:益母草药材、益母草颗粒及复方益母草膏中的益母草碱的含量为0.015%.2.4%、2.1%.结论:高效液相色谱检测益母草碱,简便易行,结果准确可靠,为益母草及其制剂的质量控制奠定了基础.
Objective：To determine leonurine content in leonuri herb,leonurus granule and complex prescription of Extractum Leonuri Inspissatum by a high-performance liquid chromatography, Methods：C18 coltumn（250.0 mm×4.6 mm）was used with the mobile phase for leonurine of MeOH：Buffer solution（85：15） at the flow rate of 0.6mL/min with the wavelength for detection of 277nm,The sensitivity was 0.1 AUFs and the cohumn temperature was 25℃.The pH of Buffer solution is 1. 7,which is composed of HAc and soditum acetate. Results：The leonurine in leonuri herb,leonurus granule and complex prescription of Extractum Leonuri Inspissatum were 0.015%, 2,4%, 2,1%. Conclusion：As a convenient and feasible accurate for determining the leonurine in leonuri herb,leonurus granule and complex prescription of Extractum Leonuri Inspissatum, HPLC produces accurate and reliable results and can Be more effective, and establish foundation of quality control on leonuri herb and its praeparatum.
