摘要
随着城市建设进程的加快,城市建筑垃圾呈逐年增加的态势,基于综合利用建筑垃圾,以推进建筑业的可持续发展,再生骨料混凝土和再生道路材料两种水泥基再生复合材料的制备与应用是建筑垃圾资源化两大消纳途径。本文以C30天然混凝土的配合比设计为基准,研究了水灰比、再生骨料取代率、减水剂掺量、膨胀剂掺量、粉煤灰掺量等配合比主要参数对再生骨料混凝土孔隙率及孔隙特征的影响,并分析了机理,得出了结论,为再生骨料混凝土的研究提供了基础,为建筑垃圾资源化、规模化利用提供了一定的技术支撑和理论依据。
With the acceleration of urban construction process,the output of construction waste in urban area is increasing year by year.Based on the comprehensive utilization of construction waste in order to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry,preparation and application of recycled aggregate concrete and recycled road materials,which two kinds of cement-based recycled composites,is the two major resource-consumptive ways of resource recovery of constructon of waste.Mix design of natural aggregate concrete C30 is used as reference,the porosity and pore characteristics considering the influence of recycled aggregate replacement ratio,water-cement ratio and mixing amount of fly ash,water reducer and expansive agent are made,and the mechanism is analyzed,the conclusion is made.The researches in the thesis would establish basis for studying recycled aggregates concrete and provided the necessary technical support and theoretical basis for resource and scale utilization of recycled aggregates.
