摘要
采用废弃混凝土再生骨料、普通硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰等原材料,通过正交试验找出影响再生混凝土强度和坍落度的主要因素及大掺量粉煤灰再生混凝土的最优配比。试验结果表明,再生骨料替代率是影响再生混凝土强度和坍落度的显著因素,在普通成型工艺和养护条件下可以配制出抗压强度59M Pa,塌落度215 mm,粉煤灰掺量30%的高性能再生混凝土。
Using recycled aggregate and ordinary Portland cement and fly ash etc. and by the measns of orthogonal test, the optimal mixed proportions of the large percentage fly ash recycled concrete were recommended. The results of the experiments show that the percentage of recycled aggregate and water/binder ratio are significant effects of strength and slump of recycled concrete. With ordinary methods of mixing and conservation, the high performance recycled concrete with strength of 59 MPa, slump of 215mm, percentage of fly ash could be produced.
