摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆中E-选择素(E-selection)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)、vonWillebrand因子(vWF)的表达特点和临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测36例ACI患者血浆中sE-selection、可溶性血浆中细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和vWF的水平。结果在ACI患者发病24小时内,sE-selection为(57.11±7.31)ng/ml、sICAM-1为(264.35±30.98)ng/ml、vWF为(179.36±23.68)%,水平明显增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 (1)ACI患者早期存在内皮细胞损伤和血小板活化;(2)E-selection、sICAM-1,和vWF与ACI的发生发展及临床严重程度密切相关。 Objective To study the expression of E-selectin,cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and the clinical significance.Methods The levels of serum E-selection,sICAM-1and vWF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 36 patients with ACI.Results It was shown that the levels ofserum E-selection(57.11±7.31)ng/ml,sICAM-1(264.35±30.98)ng/ml,and vWF(179.36±23.68%) in patients with ACI in 24 hours after the onset were significantly higher than that in normal controls(P0.01).Conclusion(1) Endothelial cell damage and platelet activation are observed in patients with ACI;(2) E-selection,SICAM-1and vWF are closely correlated to the generation and development of ACI,and they are important in the evaluation of clinical severity and prediction of ACI.
