老年高血压并发脑梗死患者HCY、VWF及GMP-140的改变

Observation on the changes of HCY, VWF and GMP-140 in senile hypertension patients complicated with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的观察老年高血压并发脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及血管性假血友病因子(VWF)、a颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)的变化。方法选择30例老年高血压病并发脑梗死患者(发病72h内),32例1、2级老年高血压病患者及40例老年正常对照,测定其血浆VON WILLEBRAND因子(VWF)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及a颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)的含量。结果老年高血压病并发脑梗死组血浆VWF、HCY、GMP-140含量均明显高于老年高血压病组及老年正常对照组,老年高血压病组亦明显高于老年正常对照组。老年高血压病并发脑梗死患者和1、2级老年高血压患者均存在明显的内皮细胞损伤、血小板活化。结论选择有对老年高血压患者血管内皮损伤和对血小板活化有改善作用的降压药能降低其并发梗死的发生率。
