摘要
目的观察肺癌患者化放疗期间的护理效果,观探讨预防和减轻其毒副作用的护理方式。方法对51例接受化放疗的肺癌患者,给予心理护理和健康教育,严格观察不良反应,及时做出处理和相应的护理措施。结果 51例接受化放疗的患者中,顺利完成放化疗,未发生严重并发症。结论放化疗是治疗肺癌的有效手段,配合切实可行的护理措施,即可保证放化疗的顺利完成。
Objective To obserre the nursing effect of lung cancer patients during chemotherapy and radiotherapy,discussing nursing mode of preventing and reducing the toxicity.Methods Giving psychological care and health education to 51 cases of patients.Strictly observe adverse reaction and make timely processing and corresponding nursing measures.Results 51 cases of patients finished the chemoradiotherapy,and they did not have serious complications.Conclusions Chemoradiotherapy is an effective means of treating for lung cancer.Viable nursing measures can guarantee the smooth completion of chemoradiotherapy.
