摘要
文章通过对新世纪十年来主流研究者对图书馆核心价值定义与内涵的总结与评述,提出厘清图书馆核心价值问题,必须辩证看待管理学中的"核心价值"与中国语境中的"核心价值";辩证区分使命、愿景与核心价值;辩证认识核心价值与组织文化;辩证分析图书馆核心价值内容的特征。
Based on the comments and reviews on the definition and connotation of library＇s core value of the mainstream researchers in the first ten years of 21st century,this paper states that to make clear the core value of library it is necessary to dialectically study the concepts of core value in the area of administration and in Chinese discourse respectively,to distinguish dialectically the concepts of mission,vision and core value,to study dialectically the concept of core value and organization culture,and to analyze dialectically the characteristics of the content of library core value.
