摘要
目的:研究音乐疗法配合西药治疗肾性高血压的疗效。方法:选符合标准的60例肾性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组仅给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上配合音乐疗法治疗,疗程为1周,对两组降压疗效及生化水平进行分析评价。结果:治疗组治疗后的收缩压为(128.34±9.88)mmHg,较对照组的(132.24±7.26)mmHg有显著性下降(采用单侧检验,t=-1.693 3,P<0.05);相关生化指标的改善情况,治疗组亦比对照组要好(但P>0.05)。结果:音乐疗法对降低肾性高血压患者的血压有促进作用。
Objective ： To observe the curative effect of musicotherapy combined with western medicine on renal hypertension. Method ： 60 eases complying with a standard of renal hypertension were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. The eases in control group were treated with only conventional western medicine, and the ones in treatment group were done by musieotherapy as well as conventional western medicine. One treatment course ineluded lweek. Then the effect of depressurization and biochemieal examination were analyzed and evaluated. Result： After treatment the contractive pressure in treatment group was 128.34± 9.88 mmHg, more markedly decreased than 132.24 ±7.26 mmHg in control group （by one-sided test, t = - 1. 693 3 ,P 〈0. 05）. And the biochemieal examination was better in treatment group than in eontrol group, but didnt show significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Musieotherapy can help to step down renal hypertension.
