摘要
目的探讨更科学、客观地评定责任能力的方法。方法对１７２例刑事案例资料用ＳＡＳ软件包进行等级相关及逐步判别分析，筛选出对责任能力评定有关因素及有影响的判别因子。结果委托鉴定单位、思维形式障碍、妄想、幻听、情感障碍、复鉴诊断、年龄、案情、作案场所、工具、动机、幻视、个性异常、死亡人数、作案后表现、辨认能力、控制能力等因素与责任能力有关，而前６个因素及作案时间、意识障碍共８个因素为判别因子，建立了评定责任能力的判别方程，组内回代检验总正确率为７５９％。结论多元判别分析方法。
Objective To investigate the methods of more scientifically and objectively rating the responsibilities. Methods The numeralized data of 172 criminal cases were carried out sperman correlation analysis and stepwisely discrimination-analysed by using SAS software, then selected the related factors of rating the responsibilities and the affective variables which could be identified. Results The responsibility was related to some factors such as clientele, disorders of the form of thought, delusion, auditory hallucination, emotions, diagnosis, age, cases, places, tools, motive, visual hallucination, personality disorders, killed population, the action after offence, the identifiability, the controllability, in addition, the time of committing offence, the disorders of consciousness and the first 6 factors were the identifiable variables. With the above variables, a formula of rating the responsibilities was established, and the validity rate of intergroup retest was 75.93%. Conclusions The method of multivariate analysis may provide a more scientific basis for the rating of responsibilities.
