摘要
为解决液压三缸往复泵的换向冲击问题,通过设计合理的转阀过流口结构,使过流面积在转阀旋转过程中呈匀加速→匀速→匀减速变化规律;利用AMESim软件建立了转阀控制的液压三缸往复泵液压系统的仿真模型,通过仿真分析,找出了液压系统供油量、供油压力、转阀过流面积大小和往复泵活塞位移之间的变化规律。该研究对转阀控制的液压三缸往复泵的设计具有重要的参考价值。
To solve the problem of reversing impact of the hydraulic triplex reciprocating pump,the structure of the rotary valve's overflow vent was designed rationally to make the open area follow the change law of uniform acceleration,uniform velocity and uniform deceleration in the process of the rotation of the valve.A simulation model of the hydraulic system of the rotary valve-controlled hydraulic triplex reciprocating pump was established by adopting the AMESim software.Through simulation analysis,the change law between the hydraulic system's fuel delivery,fuel-feeding pressure,the size of the valve's open area and the reciprocating pump piston displacement was found out.The study offers an important reference for the design of the pump.
