摘要
目的：探讨微创尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的疗效。方法：回顾分析为31例尿道损伤患者用输尿管镜行微创尿道会师术的临床资料，必要时联合应用膀胱造瘘并用金属导尿管辅助。结果：31例均获成功，18例患者经输尿管镜顺利置入斑马导丝及F18尿管，13例合并应用膀胱穿刺造瘘，应用金属导尿管辅助置入斑马导丝后顺利置入F18尿管。随访0．5～3年，尿流率正常，无尿道狭窄、勃起功能障碍、尿失禁等并发症发生。结论：微创尿道会师术具有切口小，手术方式简单，手术时间短，微创，患者康复快，疗效确切，并发症少，住院时间短，费用低等优点，治疗男性闭合性尿道损伤有效、安全。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic cfficiency of minimally invasive urethral realignment for treating urethral injuries. Methods：The clinical data of 31 patients who suffered from urethral injury and were treated with minimally invasive ureteroscopie urethral realignment were retrospectively analyzed. The cystostomy and metallic catheter were used when necessary. Results：Thirty-one operations were successfully performed. 18 cases were implanted zebra guide wire and FIB catheter with ureteroscopy. Other 13 cases were combined with paracentetic cystostomy, FI 8 catheter was successfully inserted along with a zebra wire assisted with the metallic catheter. Patients were followed up for O. 5 to 3 years, urinary flow rate was normal, no urethral stricture, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence or other complications occurred. Conclusions：Minimally invasive urethral realignment is effective and mini-invasive, has advantages such as small incision, simple procedure, short operation time, quick recovery, little complications, short hospital stay and low cost,can be safely and effectively applied to treat male closed urethral injury.
