摘要
目的探讨膀胱镜在急性闭合性尿道损伤中的治疗价值。方法对骑跨伤致尿道球部损伤患者8例和骨盆骨折致后尿道损伤12例,在电视膀胱镜下行尿道会师术。结果球部损伤患者7例会师成功,1例失败;后尿道损伤患者6例会师成功,6例失败。结论采用膀胱镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道球部损伤安全性高,创伤小,恢复快,应成为首选方法;治疗后尿道损伤应谨慎选择,根据伤情试行腔内手术。
[Obeiective] To explore the value of cystoscopic in treating urethral injuries. [Methods] 8 cases of patients with anterior urethral injuries and 12 cases of patients with postorior urethral injuries, all had an operation of urethral realignment after the catheter was placed with cystoscopic. [Results] Among the 8 cases of patients with bubourethral injuries, 7cases succeeded after operation, and 1 case failed. Among the 12 cases of patients with posterior urethral injuries, 6 cases succeeded after operation and 6 cases failed. [Conclusions] Urethral realignment with cystoscopic is a safe and effective way to treat anterior urethral injuries. According to the state of illness, you may try it in treating posterior urethral injuries.
