摘要
目的:探讨应用传统腹腔镜器械施行经脐单孔回盲部切除术的应用前景。方法:回顾分析2009年12月至2010年1月为2例患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜回盲部切除术的手术过程及临床效果。结果:2例手术均获成功,手术时间分别为120min及160min。无继发出血、肠漏等并发症发生,术后恢复良好,患者满意。结论:腹腔镜技术的发展方向是使手术更加微创,经脐单孔手术不仅具有经自然腔道施行内镜手术的美容效果,而且可做到标准的手术操作,但操作难度较大,有条件的医院可在慎重选择病例的基础上开展。
Objective：To investigate the perspective of transumbilical single-incision ileocecal resection with conventional laparoscopic instruments. Methods：The operative procedures and clinical effect of transumbilical single-incision laparoseopic ileocecal resection in 2 patients fl＇om Dec. 2009 to Jan. 2010 were reviewed. Results： Two operations were successful. The operative time was 120min and 160min,respectively. No secondary hemorrhage,intestinal leakage or other complications were recorded. Patients recovered well and were satisfied. Conclusions ： More minimally invasive surgery is the direction of laparoscopic technique development. Transumbilical single-incision surgery not only has the cosmetic result of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,but also can achieve standard procedures. The operation is difficult, and should be performed in conditioned hospital for chosen patients.
