摘要
采用微波辅助萃取方法提取白玉兰叶和花中的总黄酮,结合紫外分光光度法测定其含量,研究了微波辅助提取白玉兰花总黄酮的最佳提取条件:选用50%乙醇为萃取剂,料液比1:20,微波功率380W,辐射时间3min,将方法应用于白玉兰叶和不同花期白玉兰花中总黄酮含量的测定,结果表明在盛开的白玉兰花中总黄酮含量最高。
Microwave-assisted extraction combined with Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was developed for determination of total flavonoids in Magnolia denudada Dear.The experiment parameters of microwave-assisted extraction were investigated.The optimum extraction conditions obtained are: 50% ethanol as an extraction agent,with sample having solvent ratio of 1:20(w:v),microwave power of 380 W,and an irradiation time of 3 min.The method has been applied to determination of total flavonoids of Magnolia denudata Desr leaves and flowers in different florescence.The results show that content of total flavonoid is the highest in blooming flowers.
