摘要
对香椿老叶粗提物的抗氧化活性进行了研究。将香椿老叶粗提物制备成相当于生药含量0.576、0.72、0.96、1.44 mg/mL和2.88 mg/mL的样液,测定样品的总还原力、FRAP(三价铁还原抗氧化能力测试)法抗氧化能力和DPPH(1,1-二苯基苦基苯阱)自由基清除能力。香椿老叶总黄酮和总多酚含量分别为4.78%和5.06%。该浓度样液的总还原力、FRAP法抗氧化能力均比浓度为25、50、100、150μg/mL和200μg/mL的阳性对照BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚)高,DPPH(1,1-二苯基苦基苯阱)自由基清除能力与阳性对照Vc相当。实验结果表明,香椿老叶具有很强的抗氧化能力,值得深入研究和开发。
The antioxidant activity of the crude extracts from old leaves of toona sinensis was studied.The solutions of crude extracts(equivalent of crude drug 0.576,0.72,0.96,1.44 mg/mL and 2.88 mg/mL) were investigated for their reducing power,ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picr-yl-hydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging ability.The content of total flavonoids and polyphenol was 4.78% and 5.06% respectively.The reducing power and FRAP of the sample solutions were higher than positive control,2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(25,50,100,150 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL).DPPH radical scavenging ability was equivalent to Vitamin C.The results indicated that the old leaves of toona sinensis had strong antioxidant activities and deserved further study.
