摘要
县级政务的特点决定了县级电子政务建设的特殊性。分析了基于互联网的县级电子政务安全风险特征,研究了应对的安全策略和体系架构,给出了工程建设的实施流程和几点建议。
The project of the county e-government has its particularity.It analyses the security risk characteristics of the county egovernment based on Internet,investigates measures included security policy and security framework,presents engineering flow for practice and some advice.
