本文从电子政务信息安全的基本内涵入手,以新的视角分析了当前电子政务信息安全的现状,以及威胁信息安全的因素,深入剖析了当前流行的威胁政务信息安全的主要手段,最后从技术、观念等多层面有针对性地提出了保障电子政务系统信息安全的具体设想与措施。
