摘要
介绍了无载波脉冲探地雷达,对雪崩三极管在窄脉冲信号发生器中的工作原理及其动态过程进行了讨论,提出了相应的动态等效电路模型。通过理论的推导得到输出窄脉冲电压的公式。在做实际电路时通过调节部分电阻电容,使正负脉冲幅度基本保持一致,以达到系统的基本要求。
The thesis introduced Impulse Ground Penetrating Radar and discussed the principle and dynamic process of Avalanche Transistor in the narrow pulse generator,proposed epuivalent circuit of dynamic.Derived the output narrow pulse voltage through theoretical analysis.By adjusting the resistance and capacitance so that positive and negative pulse amplitude remained the same when doing the practical circuit,in order to achieve the system＇s basic requirements.
