Design of Ultra-wideband Very Narrow Pulse Generator

摘要 讨论了双极性晶体管雪崩的工作原理,分析了采用级联双极性晶体管结构的超宽带极窄脉冲发生器的电路。通过实验获得的输出脉冲宽度为皮秒级的极窄脉冲,该脉冲的宽度、上升时间和幅度均较好地符合了极窄脉冲的要求。 This paper discusses the working principle of bipolar transistor avalanche, and analyzes the circuit of ultra-wideband very narrow pulse generator adopting cascade bipolar transistor structure. The output pulse width obtained from experiment is a very narrow pulse of the skin second class. And the width, rising time and amplitude of the pulse comparatively satisfies the requirements of very narrow pulse.
