摘要
在缺陷钎焊环检测分选系统中,经过图像处理的方法,已经实现了缺陷钎焊环的识别和定位,但是剔除系统不尽完善,针对这个问题,本文提出了一种机械剔除的方法,采用步进电机定位和延时控制相结合的方法准确捕捉钎焊环,来实现对缺陷环的精确剔除操作,极大的减少了对合格环的误剔除操作。
In the detection and sorting system of defect brazing ring,with the method of image processing,we have achieved the identification and location of defect brazing ring,but the removing systen is not perfect,for this problem,this paper proposes a mechanical method of removing.We combine the stepping motor and delay control to accurately capture the brazing ring,in order to achieve the precise removing operation of defect ring,and greatly reducing the wrong removing operation of qualified ring
