摘要
提出了一种基于PLC的四相步进电机控制的方法,介绍了控制系统的设计方案及其软硬件的实现方法。实现对四相步进电机的转速控制、正反转控制、以及步数控制。提出设计总体方案,详细阐述了驱动电路组成。方法简单易行,编程容易,可靠性高。
A kind of method of controlling four phase stepping motor basede on PLC is suggested in this article,And also introduces the project of the design of control system and implementation method of the software and hardware.By using this method,PLC can control the rotate speed , turn-return ratation and step numbers of the four phase stepping motor, Give a designing blue print and the material method of the driving circuit.This method is simple,feasible and reliable.The programing is easy.
