摘要
招聘作为人力资源管理的起点,其质量的高低对后续的人力资源管理工作有很大的影响。在实际招聘过程中有不少企业招聘结果不尽如人意:有的未能如愿以偿地招得到合适的人才;有的不能留住人才,这些都制约了企业的长远发展。因此,不能忽略对有效招聘的研究。纵观国内外已有的研究成果主要分为三类:有效招聘的影响因素研究,评价招聘有效性研究,提高招聘有效性对策的研究。
Recruitment is the first step of human resource management which influences the future work. In practical terms, the results of recruitment in many enterprises are not encouraging : some enterprises find that it' s hard to choose the right candidates or keep tal- ented persons, which restricts heavily their future development. Therefore, researches about the effective employment cannot be ignored. Through making a comprehensive review of the study of dynamical and international development, we find that the existing research results can be summarized into three categories: the causation of effective recruitment, the evaluation of effective recruitment, and the way to improve recruitment effectiveness.
