摘要
创新型区域是指创新在经济发展中起主导作用的区域。在创新型区域建设中,地方大学起着重要的引领和支撑作用,其突出作用表现有三个方面:第一,地方大学是区域高层次创新人才的主要培养基地。第二,地方大学是区域自主创新的主体。第三,地方大学是区域创新文化的引领者。地方大学要全面参与并服务创新型区域建设,核心在四个方面,即树立积极主动服务创新型区域建设的意识;要成为区域高素质创新人才培养的主阵地;强化自主创新能力;打造集聚人才的高地。
An innovative region is an area in which innovation plays a dominant role in its economic development. And in the construction of such regions, local universities play a leading and supporting part. Their importance is shown in three ways： first, they are the main training bases for the regional advanced innovative talents; second, they are the main pioneers in regional independent innovation; third, they are the leader in the regional culture innovation. They should fully engage themselves in the construction by breeding an awareness of active service, making them the main place to produce regional high-quality innovative talents, strengthening their capacity of independent innovation and endeavoring to attract numerous talents.
