摘要
湖北省公共地图服务工程借助湖北省动态电子地图网站和地方政府网站在Internet网上发布公共地理信息,为各级政府和社会大众提供详尽、丰富的测绘服务。结合湖北省公共地图服务工程项目的生产实际,简要介绍了项目建设的主要内容,包括城市地理信息数据库和网络版电子地图功能开发;概括性地阐述了总体技术路线;比较详细地对项目的实用性、开放性、安全性、高效稳定等八个方面的设计原则进行了探讨。
The project of supply the service about digital map for public in Hubei Province is published based on the dynamic digital map service web of Hubei Province and local government web,it supplies detailed and rich survey service to local government and public.This paper had referred to the production process of this projects,and introduced the main contents about project construction in briefly,the contents included the development of urban geographic information databases and online digital map published function.The technology process had been expounded in general.This paper also discussed eight aspects of the design principles of this project in detailedly,such as practicability,openness,security,efficiency stability and etc.
