摘要
长期以来,我国的成人教育近乎于普通教育和高等教育的翻版,基本丧失了自身的特色。但是,随着终身化学习时代的到来,在成人教学研究领域,"回归成人"的呼声渐高,这就要求在成人教学过程中要关注成人的需要,结合成人的身心特点,体现成人的学习特点。本文在审视成人教学中存在的不合理问题的基础上,提出相应的教学改革策略。
For a long time, adult education in our country has been almost equivalent to the replica of the general education and higher education, which loses its own basic characteristics. However, with the lifelong learning era, in the field of adult education, the voice of ＂return to adult＂ is demanded increasingly, which requires to pay attention to the need of the adults, to unite the physical and mental characteristics of the adults and to reflect the adult learning characteristics in the process of the adult teaching. Therefore, this article is to examine the existing adult education on the basis of unreasonable questions, and to put forward the corresponding the reform in teaching strategies.
