汽车发电机转子三维温度场有限元计算 被引量:5

摘要 提出了针对双离心风扇通风冷却汽车爪极发电机转子三维温度场的计算方法。建立了转子全域三维温度场的有限元计算模型,解决了传统求解电机转子温度场强加边界条件难以确定的问题。基于该三维温度场计算模型,准确计算了额定负载时汽车爪极发电机转子全域稳态温度场。试验结果验证了该电机温度场计算模型的合理性及计算结果的正确性,为汽车爪极发电机优化设计奠定了理论基础。 A new idea of the three-dimensional thermal field finite element calculation about double centrifugal fan air cooled automobile claw-pole alternator rotor was proposed.With the establishment of the three-dimensional fi-nite element mathematical model of the total rotor thermal field,the problem of the imposed boundary conditions of the traditional rotor temperature field was difficult to determine,which was treated appropriately.On the basis of the thermal field calculation model,the steady total rotor thermal field of the claw-pole alternator under rated load was calculated accurately.The rationality of the thermal field calculation model and the validity of the calculated value were verified by the experimental results,which set a theoretical foundation for the optimum design of claw-pole alter-nators in future applications.
