摘要
论述了失效分析在安全生产中的地位和作用,提出了材料服役安全工程学的概念及其内涵.材料服役安全工程学致力于"安全科学及工程"与"材料科学与工程"的有机结合,其学科领域涵盖失效学与失效诊断技术、材料服役行为与失效控制(如断裂控制、变形控制、腐蚀控制等)、失效的预测预防(如材料与设备的检测与监测、风险分析、适用性评价、完整性管理技术等).
The importance and role of failure analysis of in safety production are discussed,and the concept and meaning of 'the material service safety engineering' are presented.The material service safety engineering is the organic integration of the safety science and engineering with material science and engineering,and it includes failurology and failure diagnosis techniques,material service behavior and failure control (fracture control,deformation control,corrosion control,etc.),and failure prediction and prevention (the detection and monitoring,the risk analysis,the applicability assessment and the integrity management technique and of material and equipment).
