摘要
建立一种高效液相色谱法同时测定酱油中2种对羟基苯甲酸酯(对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯)含量的检测方法。样品用乙醇水溶液提取,紫外检测器于波长为260nm的条件下测定。方法加标回收率为96.1%~98.496,试验的RSD为1.72%~4.61%。该方法操作方便,分析速度快。回收率高,结果准确,能满足常规检测及酱油安全控制的需要。
A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for 2 P - hydroxybenzoates (ethyl P- hydroxybenzoate, isopropyl P- hydroxybenzoate) determination in soybean sauce. Samples were extracted with aqueous solution of ethanol and determined by UV detection at wave length of 260 nm. The recycle rate of the method is 96.1% -98.4 %, and RSD is 1.72 % -4.61%. The method is simple and reliable. It can be used to analyze P - hydroxybenzoates in soybean sauce with satisfactory results.
