摘要
用木薯杆栽培金福菇试验，结果表明菌丝满袋时间25～30天，菌丝浓密、强壮、洁白，小试栽培和扩大栽培的生物转化率分别达到88．64％和86．51％。
The results of the experiment showed that, using cassava stems as material for cultivating Trichlolrna lobayense Heim, the mycelia grew dense, robust and white, and became mature within 25- 30 days. The bioconversion rate in pilot cultivation and expanded cultivation were 88.64 % and 86.51% respectively.
