摘要
毒品犯罪是全球的社会公害,由毒品问题引发的犯罪在迅速上升,成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。毒品犯罪的惩治与防范是我们无法回避的问题。从刑事对策上来说,至少应从两个方面来努力:一要严密刑事法网;二要加强刑事司法。
Crime of drug is social effects of pollution in the world.The increase of crime caused by the narcotic question has become a major factor affecting social stability.How to avoid and punish crime of drug is a very important question for our society.In order to solve this problem,many experts put forward a lot of countermeasures from many prospects.This article will show how to defeat the crime of drug by criminal countermeasures,from one side,we should tight the net of criminal law,another side,strengthen judicature.
