摘要
要建立法治中国,就必须有完善的宪法运行机制。我国的宪法监督还存在一定的缺陷,需要不断健全和完善,才能使国家的政治、经济、文化等各项事业沿着宪政轨道健康发展。
The rule of law needs the perfect operation mechanism of the Constitution Law.The supervision of the Constitution Law is not good.And it should be improved to make political,economic and cultural works developed well.
