摘要
目的了解体检人群对静脉采血心理沟通的需求,以缓解体检者紧张与恐惧心理,优化服务流程,提升护理服务质量。方法采用现场访谈法对我科2008年7月由某事业单位组织的180例体检者进行调查,以了解其对静脉采血心理沟通的需求,并针对调查结果采取相应的护理对策;2009年7月对同组对象进行护理服务改进后的追踪调查,了解心理沟通实施效果。结果 180例体检者对静脉采血心理沟通的需求依次为"采血前进行针对性宣教"(96.67%)、"采血中给予体贴关爱"(93.33%)、"采血后注意详细交待注意事项"(89.44%)。针对需求进一步改进后的调查显示,体检者对以上3个项目的满意度均比改进前有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论采血前进行针对性宣教是满足体检者心理需求的关键,还应重视采血中给予体贴与关爱以及采血后详细交待注意事项等人性化服务措施,以有效缓解体检者紧张与恐惧心理,不断提升护理服务质量及体检者满意度。
Objective To understand psychological communication needs during venous blood collection in the physical examination population so as to relieve nervousness and fears,optimize service procedures and enhance nursing quality.Methods Using on-site interviews,180 physical examination people were investigated in July 2008 to explore their psychological communication needs during venous blood collection.According to the investigation results,corresponding nursing measures were adopted for the people.A tracking survey was conducted in the same targeted population in July 2009 to determine the effect.Results Within the 180 patients who had received venous blood collection,the psychological communication needs in sequence were providing targeted education before blood collection(96.67%),giving care during blood collection(93.33%) and presenting detail explanation after blood collection(89.44%).Further improvement was conducted based on their requirements and the satisfaction in the previous 3 items were increased significantly in the patients compared with those before the improvement(P0.01).Conclusion Education before blood collection is the key to meet the psychological communication needs of patients.To effective alleviate the nervousness and fear and improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of the patients,we should also give the patients more care during the blood collection and explanations in detail after blood collection.
