摘要
目的 分析皮质醇增多症患者存在的护理问题 ,为临床提供有效的护理措施。方法 通过病历资料 ,分析 5 3例皮质醇增多症患者临床护理中存在的护理问题。结果 5 3例皮质醇增多症患者体象失调 5 0例、精神神经症状 3 9例、自杀死亡 1例 ,患者合并高血压 41例、低血钾 2 2例、高血钠 4例、感染 2 2例、骨质疏松 10例、骨折 5例、皮下瘀斑 15例。结论 对有自伤危险的患者采取防护措施 ;自我形象紊乱患者多给予关心 ,进行健康指导 ;合并严重高血压患者要防止脑血管意外 ;患者易合并严重感染而主观感觉不明显 ,应重视预防感染 ;做好临床低血钾症的观察护理 ;患者容易发生骨折和皮下瘀斑 ,应防止摔跤和碰撞 ,做好静脉采血指导 ;高血钠患者体液过多 ,应限制钠。
Objective To analyze problems in clinical nursing of patients with Cushing's syndrome, study related factors and propose effective clinical measures.Methods Nursing problems were analyzed of 53 patients with Cushing's syndrome retrospectively.Results Of the 53 patients with Cushing's syndrome, body image disturbance was found in 50 patients, hypertension in 41 patients, hypokalemia in 22 patients, hypernatremia in 4 patients, infection in 22 patients, osteoporosis in 10 patients, fracture in 5 patients and suicide in 1 patient. Conclusions Preventive measures should be taken in patients at risk for self destruction; more care and health instruction should be offered to patients at risk for body image disturbance; for patients with hypertension, cerebrovascular accidents should be prevented;for patients who are inclined to fracture and subcutaneous bruise, faling should be prevented; special attention should be paid to patients with hypokalemia in whom fluid and sodium intake should be limited.
