对新入职场院校生“磨合期”问题的分析与思考 被引量:1

摘要 油田新入职场的院校毕业生,社会角色转换了,生活环境、人际关系等与以前大不相同,许多人面临"磨合期"不适应问题的困扰和考验。其主要表现在心态上、工作上和人际关系的不适应。针对职场新人在"磨合期"中遇到的困惑和不适应,应做好三点具体工作:一是教育引导职场新人端正心态,以积极的态度适应新环境。二是开展石油工人创业史教育,培养职场新人的艰苦奋斗精神。三是营造宽松和谐的人际环境,让职场新人有归属感。 Many college graduates are confused with and standing test of running-in period while they find out jobs in oilfield because they have to change their social roles and go through great changes of living surroundings and interpersonal relationship.Aiming at these issues,the author proposes doing a good job at three aspects: firstly,educating and guiding them to adapt themselves to new surroundings with a positive attitude,secondly,launching education about oil workers' history to cultivate their persistent spirit and thirdly,building a relaxed and harmonious environment to make them have a sense of belonging.
