摘要
企业培训是企业持续发展的动力源泉,本文从加强企业培训的意义出发,提出了观念转变、受训学员选择、教学资源投入、办学方式灵活、课程设置科学是做好企业培训工作应该关注的因素。
Corporate training serves as the engine for company's sustainable development.This paper illustrated the significance of a good corporate training and then went on to list out the factors that companies should consider when organizing staff training such as opening up to new ideas,selecting trainees,investing in teaching resources,diversifying teaching methods and scientific course offering.
