摘要
金属与合金经热处理与焊接等热加工,以及设备经受不同的操作温度,材料发生相变,析出金属间相及晶界沉淀或偏析,对材料强度、韧性以及耐蚀性等有很大影响。通过对不锈钢、碳钢、低合金钢、、Ni-P、镍、铝、铜、钛与锆等合金具体分析,说明相变对化工设备材料的设计、制作、维修与应用有重大意义。
When metal or alloy is heat treated or equipment is operated in different temperature, metal material may transform be- tween different phases and elements may separate out or precipitate at crystal boundary. This phenomenon has great influence to the strength, toughness and corrosion-resistance of materials. In this article, with the analysis for some steels and alloys, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel and nickel, aluminum, copper, titanium alloys, the significant meanings of phase transformation to the design, fabrication, repair and application of chemical equipment were indicated.
