摘要 针对NB/T 47006—2009《铝制板翅式热交换器》中各种板翅式换热器导流片结构形式,利用CFD有限元数值模拟软件FLUENT,建立了板翅式换热器设计时常采用的4种旁进式导流结构和2种顶进式导流结构模型,通过比较分析得出了导流性能较佳的结构,为板翅式换热器的内部结构优化提供了新的依据。 With respect to various distribution structures listed in NB/T 47006-2009 "Aluminum Plate-fin Heat Exchanger", the models for four side-inlet structures and two top-inlet structures were established using numerical simulation software FLUENT. Through analysis and comparison, the distribution structure with the best feature has been determined, which can be used as the base in the optimization for the inner structure in plate-fin heat exchanger.
