摘要
项目导向型企业的组织特征表明其具有很强的知识创新能力,研究项目导向型企业的知识创新形成机理对充分认识这一类型企业的知识创新能力有重要意义。对项目导向型企业的特征进行探讨,构建这一类型企业的知识创新体系,并对这类企业的知识创新机理展开较为深入的研究。最后,为更好地促进项目导向型企业的知识创新,给出一些建设性的建议。
The characteristics of project-oriented company indicate this kind of company has strong knowledge innovation capability. It has important meaning for us to research the knowledge innovation mechanism of project-oriented companies. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of project-oriented companies, construct the knowledge innovation system, and then research the knowledge innovation mechanism of project-oriented companies. For prompting knowledge innovation of project-oriented companies, some con- structive suggestions were provided in the end.
