摘要
目的:优选栀子提取工艺。方法:以栀子苷为指标,用高效液相色谱仪,采用正交设计试验,考虑提取溶剂浓度、浸泡时间、提取时间、药材粒径等四种影响因素,对栀子提取工艺条件进行优选研究。结果:优选出的提取工艺条件为:栀子粗粉(20目)用80%甲醇溶液(8倍量)浸泡0.5h,超声提取2h,栀子苷的含量较高且稳定。结论:优选出的工艺经济、合理、稳定、可行,值得推广。
Objective:To optimize the extracting process of Gardenia.Methods:Using high performance liquid chromatography,with Geniposide as the index,the following four factors were considered:concentration of extraction solvent,soaking time,extracting time,and medicine particle size,the extracting process of Geniposide was optmized by the orthogonal design.Results:The optimization conditions of the extracting process was coarse powder of Gardenia(20 sieve),80% methanol solution(eight times) as solvent,soaking time was half an hour and extraction time was two hours,the extraction of Geniposide was higher and stable.Conclusion:The optimization of the extraction process is economic,reasonable,stable and feasible.It can be widely used for the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.
