摘要
本文针对在轧制60 kg/m重轨时,BD1轧制第三道次出现轧扭废钢的问题,经过现场跟踪与多方面分析,通过修改孔型尺寸,最终解决了轧扭废钢的生产现象。
To solve the problem of scrap steel,which was torsional deformation,occurred in process of the third pass in the BD1 for 60kg/m Rail.Eventually,we tackle the problem successfully by pursuited in spot,analyzed in many ways and modified the size of groove-type.
