摘要
通过钢辊轧制铅件模拟热轧钢件，研究了平辊轧制矩形过程，轧件的宽高比、鼓形比和压下率三个参数对脱方的影响。通过实验建立了平辊轧制矩形件脱方的回归模型。此模型可对平辊轧制矩形件产生的脱方量进行定量计算。
The paper studied the effect of width-height ratio. drum dimesion ratio and rduction ratio on the deviation amount from squre during rolling the square piece with plain roller by means of simulating hot rolling piece with the lead piece rolled by steel roller.The regressive model of deviation from quare which may make its quantities account from rolling square piece with plain roller has been built up throngh the experiments.
