摘要
本研究从曲样中分离纯化出2株酵母菌,经菌落观察和镜检后,利用Biolog微生物自动鉴定系统对其进行鉴定,确定它们分别为Zygosaccharomyces florentinus和Hyphopichia burtonii A。同时,研究了两种菌株在碳源方面的利用情况,结果表明不同菌种对Biolog 96孔碳源利用有显著差异,同一菌株不同时间对Biolog 96孔碳源利用也有差异,通过分析得出1#菌株主要利用D-蜜二糖、蔗糖;2#菌株主要利用麦芽三糖、α-D-葡萄糖。
Biolog automated microcbes idenfication(Biolog System) was used to check two yeast strains 1^# and 2^#,which were isolation and purified by dilution-plate method from Daqu of Chinese liquor.1^# was identitied as Zygosaccharomyces florentinus and 2^# was identitied as Hyphopichia burtonii A.Meanwhile,the two strains in the utilization of carbon sources were studied.There was evident significance in the use of Biolog 96 porous carbon source for different strains and for the same strains at diferent time.The analytic results showed that 1^# yeast strains mainly used D-Melibiose,Sucrose and 2^# yeast strains mainly used Maltotriose,a-D-Glucose.
