新型红外反射材料进展及其在玻璃节能贴膜中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 在当今世界以节能减排为主题的低碳经济发展潮流中,包括汽车玻璃和建筑玻璃的的贴膜节能技术受到了越来越多的关注。作为近现代人类基于自然采光照明而发明的玻璃,在高效透过可见光的同时,不可避免地也透过了起热效应作用的红外线(红外辐射)。而在夏季,这种红外热辐射给人带来了极大的不舒适感,尤其是采用大面积玻璃采光的汽车和带玻璃幕墙的高层建筑。比如,汽车在夏天烈日下停留1h后,车内温度就可提升至60℃以上,这给空调系统带来了极大的能量负荷。因此,针对汽车和建筑玻璃的反热辐射节能贴膜内使用的红外反射材料,也相应地成为我们的研究重点方向。近红外反射节能材料主要的节能途径是对近红外光线起反射作用,在不消耗能量的情况下抑制涂层表面温度上升被动降温,从而起到节能和隔热作用。针对玻璃节能贴膜的膜层结构、红外反射的光学原理及材料类型、红外反射材料的性能表征等进行了充分的比较研究。 IR heat reflecting materials are a group of functional materials that have a high reflectance which rejecting most energy of the sun's radiation, therefore it can prevent increasing of the surface temperature of coatings as well as the enclosed interior air. They exhibit the potential application as 'coatings for ships, vehicles, exterior wall of buildings and oil containers. In the IR heat reflecting multilayer film, the protective release film is usually polyester, which is used to cover the adhesive and protect it from contamination before installation. the adhesive layer is with quality, low or zero distortion adhesives that adheres the polyester film onto glass; the polyester film is a strong, high clarity, high quality plastic film; the scratch resistant coating is a hard acrylic coating that provides protection for the polyester against scratching and abrasion; the dyes, metals, alloys and UV inhibitors were added to produce the specific properties desired.
