摘要
利用单片机与双通道热释电探测器设计了一款手持式甲烷测试仪,具有浓度测试和报警功能;该测试仪以C8051F020单片机作为微处理单元,减小了仪器的体积和功耗,利用PYS3228探测器的双通道对比功能大大提高了测量精度;采用RBF神经网络法对结果进行温度补偿,增强了其环境适应性;经测试,该仪器分辨率可达到0.05%VOL,适用于矿井下甲烷浓度的测试和报警。
Using MCU and dual pyroelectric detector designed a portable methane tester, with the concentration test and alarm function. The test instrument based on C8051F020 MCU as the micro processing unit, volume and power consumption of the instrument is reduced, the measurement precision is improved greatly by using double channel correlation function of PYS3228 detector. Temperature compensation of the results by using RBF neural network method, enhances the environmental adaptability. After testing, the instrument resolution can reach 0.05%VOL, and it is suitable for coal mine methane concentration test and alarm.
