摘要
凤尾河水电站混凝土骨料为碳质灰岩,其坚固性差,影响了混凝土的耐久性,本文基于超细微粒填充技术,采用硅粉,结合凤尾河水电站混凝土设计的要求,研究了改善混凝土耐久性的最佳配比,通过实际施工,取得了较好技术与经济效果。试验结果表明,硅粉掺量在20%时,混凝土强度增长35%;在相同冻融次数与水压下,硅粉掺量为15%的混凝土失重率与平均渗水高度仅为普通混凝土的1/2与1/4。说明混凝土掺入硅粉能有效改善孔隙结构,获得密实的混凝土,提高混凝土的耐久性。
The concrete aggregate of Fengweihe hydropower station is carbon limestone,whose poor sound-ness directly affects the durability of concrete.Considering the design requirements of concrete in Fengweihe Hydropower Station,based on the ultrafine dust filling technology,the method of intermingling silica fume into concrete was adopted to study their best mix proportion for durability improvement.Good technological and economic results had been displayed through actual construction.The tests showed that the concrete compressive strength increased by 35% when added silica fume,picking 20% of cement content to concrete;and with the same freezing-melting times and water pressure,the mass loss and average water seepage height of concrete were less 1/2 and 3/4 than normal concrete when added silica fume,picking 15% of cement content to concrete.Results showed that intermingling silica fume into concrete could effectively improve the pore structure and the compactness of concrete,thus enhance its durability.
